The concept of Eastwell Avenue is a Singaporean style that provides discrete separation of spaces for the owners, a large inter-generational family. Due to the family size, more floor areas are required than the usual building envelope could support. As the site is small, the challenge is to create sufficient space yet achieve privacy by providing separate spaces and zones for the individual family members. In a highly dense built-up country like Singapore, creation of space within tight limits is a necessity for families' privacy.

We establish our main aim to provide generous visual porosity through and between spaces inside the home. Therefore, we take a volumetric approach to interpret the target market, but not losing touch on creating intimate feeling since it's as necessary as private spaces for the clients and their young families.

Through its design, Eastwell Avenue wants to establish the experience and ambience like Villa in Bali. The private pool inside the house brings sanctuary and intimacy for every person in the family.
